Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Early Morning Opener to join our team. The ideal candidate will share in the responsibility of ensuring our facility is prepared for the day ahead, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is perfect for early risers who enjoy a dynamic work environment and have a passion for delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive promptly at the designated start time.
- Prepare and set up the workspace, including equipment and any necessary supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas, including dining areas, service counters, and restrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to early morning guest, greeting them warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Monitor and support a safe workplace by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management regarding any issues or needs that arise during the shift.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
