What We're Looking For: 

• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCPC (or equivalent) certification required, with willingness to obtain licensing in MD, DC, or VA. We've got you covered – licensing and credentialing expenses are on us! 
• Previous clinical experience with SMI and SUD populations preferred. 
• Proficiency in measurement-based care and a passion for continuous quality improvement in outpatient settings is a plus.
