Title: Vice President of Digital Marketing
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Area

As Vice President of Digital Marketing, you will lead the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive online brand presence, engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in digital marketing, customer insights, and team leadership. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, oversee digital marketing campaigns, and drive online brand presence and engagement.

Your role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and prioritizes key opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance through coaching and regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet performance targets through continuous monitoring and optimization.
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by developing and implementing content marketing strategies across digital platforms.
  • Enhance social media presence by managing marketing efforts, executing targeted campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Develop and refine SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings, increase organic and paid traffic, and maximize return on investment.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, continuously improving digital marketing strategies for maximum effectiveness.

What you’ve got:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Hospitality Digital Marketing (CHDM), HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Google Analytics are highly desirable.
  • At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including senior leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email, and content marketing, along with proficiency in industry tools and software.
  • Strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex digital marketing concepts.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
