This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer in the United States .

In this role, you will lead the design and enhancement of user interfaces and experiences for enterprise software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive, modern, and engaging designs, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. This position allows you to influence the full design lifecycle—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and implementation—while contributing to a culture of continuous integration and innovation. You will also mentor peers, maintain design standards, and stay current with industry trends to drive excellence in user experience across multiple platforms.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine user interface requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and specifications aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities to validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with development teams to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed of industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into design processes.
• Support a hybrid work environment, adapting design collaboration across onsite and remote teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or enterprise application design.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong experience with user research, usability testing, and applying design thinking methodologies.
• Exceptional visual design skills focused on clean, modern, and functional interfaces.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required by project engagements.
