Who is the ideal candidate for this position?

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is driven to succeed. This person should connect well with others and enjoy meaningful interactions that exceed customer expectations while upholding our business's reputation for integrity and fun.The right candidate will be willing to put in the effort, understanding that the rewards reflect the work put in. You will leverage your strong communication and creative social media skills to earn our customers' loyalty by delivering sales and building relationships. It’s essential to exhibit integrity and enthusiasm in every situation, ultimately transforming curious consumers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints regarding recreational vehicles. Ask the right questions to help identify the perfect RV options for them.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our entire RV inventory, including various models, features, capabilities, and pricing. Stay informed about new arrivals and manufacturer updates.
  • Organize and conduct detailed product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing key features and benefits to highlight the value of our RVs.
  • Effectively negotiate sales prices and terms, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Answer any questions the customers may have regarding financing options, warranties, and additional services.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies and provide insights to the management team.
  • Develop engaging promotional campaigns and advertisements via various social media outlets to promote our RV products to a wider audience.
  • Represent our dealership at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events to showcase our products, gather leads, and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or RV industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and effectively address their inquiries and concerns.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to take initiative and pursue leads actively.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are peak times for RV sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
  • Commitment to learning and growing with the business.
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
