Pay: $18-25/hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking dependable and experienced Machine Operators for multiple openings with our clients in general manufacturing environments. These positions involve operating production machinery, performing basic adjustments, handling materials, and supporting overall workflow on the shop floor.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and previous machine operation experience.
Set up and operate various production machines
Adjust controls, change machine parts, and perform basic troubleshooting
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure safe and efficient performance
Assist with general shop duties as needed, including material handling
Use hand tools and power tools (provided) for adjustments or part changes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate with supervisors or maintenance staff regarding equipment issues
Support other production tasks as assigned
Previous machine operation experience is required
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
