**Responsibilities**
+ Learn to clean the soldering machine, including small, medium, and large cleans, with attention to detail due to the high-temperature molten solder involved.
+ Assist the lead technician with various maintenance tasks, requiring the ability to work in hot and detailed cleaning environments.
+ Operate the soldering machine, checking the quality of boards placed into the machine.
+ Run the Wave Soldering Machine and participate in assembly tasks, including kitting and light assembly.
+ Perform hand soldering, thru-hole, and surface mount soldering, and conduct visual and microscope inspections.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new tasks within the family-oriented company culture.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to not be color blind
+ Experience in PC Board inspection
+ Willingness to be cross-trained
+ Adherence to IPC Standards and Code
+ 6 months of experience in electronic manufacturing
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Understanding of production schedules
+ Experience with running, cleaning, and maintaining solder machines
+ 6 months of solid work experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
