Looking for work right away? We’re hiring General Labor / Indoor Processing Associates to join a fast-growing, clean, indoor cultivation facility in Camarillo, CA. This is fully indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.

We have immediate openings and are filling up quick, so bring a friend and start together.

Come into the Oxnard Branch for processing on the following dates:

• Friday, 12/12 from 9am-3pm
• Saturday, 12/13 from 9am-12pm
• Monday, 12/13 from 9am-3pm

• 1st & 2nd Shift – $18/hour – Plus Overtime (Actual shift confirmed at orientation.)

About the Job

As a General Labor / Indoor Processor, you will support daily cultivating and processing tasks inside a controlled, indoor cannabis facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced, and repetitive work, and who take pride in accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Trim, sort, handle, and process cannabis plant material
• Perform manual tasks such as de-bucking and de-stemming
• Weigh, label, and track product accurately
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area
• Follow GMP, safety, and compliance standards
• Work efficiently on a production line to meet quotas
• Assist with packaging or other warehouse tasks
• Communicate clearly with leads and adjust to shifting priorities

• Must be 21+
• Ability to read basic instructions in English or Spanish
• Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
• Employment is contingent upon completing Form I-9 and verification through the federal E-Verify system
• Please bring proper documentation to verify both your identity and eligibilityto work in the United States (items such as Passport, or a combination of documents such as a SS card, Work Visa, and Driver’s license, State issued ID card, etc.). You must bring actual documents; we cannot accept copies of these documents. 
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds repeatedly
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable handling cannabis product
• Orientation and badge creation required before start date
