In data strategy at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to effectively manage and utilise data within the organisation. You will analyse business requirements, identify data needs, and define data governance frameworks. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders to align data initiatives with organisational goals, supporting the use of data to drive informed decision-making and support business growth.

The Opportunity

As part of the Data Management team you will serve as a strategic enabler of data availability and product adoption across the PwC network. As a Senior Manager, you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, drive engagement and maintain the responsible use of data to realize business worth. This position provides an exciting opportunity to influence data strategy and empower teams to harness the entire potential of data products and services.

Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic enabler for data availability and product adoption

- Identify opportunities to enhance awareness and utilization of data solutions

- Work with product development teams to bridge gaps in service delivery

- Lead initiatives that promote the productive use of data across the PwC network

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 6 years of experience in customer success, data strategy, business intelligence, or consulting

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Analytics preferred

- Demonstrating in-depth team leadership abilities

- Developing and executing stakeholder engagement plans

- Guiding stakeholders through data product lifecycle

- Maintaining knowledge of data platforms and architecture

- Facilitating workshops for data literacy

- Tracking key success metrics for engagement

- Acting as a steward of responsible data use

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
