Title: Document Control Specialist
Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM PST

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to oversee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create item part numbers per request
Create Bill of Material (BOM) including filling and assembly instructions
Manage all revisions and deviations associated to BOM and job that compliant with company SOP and GMP guidelines
Ensure all BOM is approved by associated departments in accordance to company SOP and GMP’s
Work with cost accounting specialist to verify costed BOM
Verify all jobs created match sales order
NetSuite experience required
Blend ERP experience preferred
Must have BOM manufacturing background experience
Quality control documentation practices preferred
