We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technologist to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and dependable X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with an emphasis on orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be professional, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality radiographic imaging for orthopedic patients, including upper/lower extremities, spines, and joints
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety
  • Follow proper protocols to ensure accurate positioning and radiation protection
  • Maintain and calibrate x-ray equipment as needed
  • Accurately input and manage imaging records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Collaborate with orthopedic providers to ensure appropriate imaging is performed to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding radiographic safety and patient confidentiality
  • Support clinical team with occasional back-office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required
  • Valid Nevada Radiologic Technologist License
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • Current BLS certification (preferred)
  • Proficient in digital radiography and PACS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
