Job Title: Remote Client Services Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Client Services Specialist to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll design and book customized travel itineraries while delivering concierge-level service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to create tailored travel plans
Book flights, hotels, cruises, cars, tours, and events
Provide ongoing client support and manage itinerary updates
Use booking platforms and supplier systems to complete reservations
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (or applicable region)
