This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated Virtual Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and booking personalized travel arrangements. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, organization, and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. The position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and reliable communication.
Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, tours, and complete itineraries
Provide destination information based on client interests, budgets, and travel goals
Maintain accurate records of reservations, updates, and confirmations
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the planning process
Ensure travel changes or adjustments are handled promptly and efficiently
Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards
Strong interest in travel and customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills required (email, browsing, online forms, and general software use)
Personal computer and reliable high-speed internet
Professional, client-focused attitude
