# Virtual Assistant for CEO

## About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our CEO in managing both professional and personal responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can handle sensitive information with utmost discretion. As the CEO's right-hand person, you'll help streamline daily operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while allowing her to focus on high-level strategic work.

## Key Responsibilities

* **Calendar Management:** Expertly manage the CEO's schedule using Google Calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and reminders. Coordinate across time zones, resolve conflicts, and optimize for efficiency.
* **Inbox Management:** Handle email correspondence via Gmail or similar platforms, prioritizing messages, drafting responses, flagging urgent items, and organizing folders/labels to maintain a zero-inbox workflow - and removing all spam email that gets through the cracks
* **Ad Hoc VA Tasks:** Perform a variety of on-demand administrative duties, such as research, data entry, preparing reports, booking reservations, managing virtual meetings (e.g., via Zoom or Google Meet), and coordinating with team members or external partners.
* **Personal Organizational Support:** Assist with family-related tasks, including scheduling family events, managing household appointments, organizing photo albums (e.g., doctor's visits, school activities), organizing personal documents, and handling virtual errands like online shopping or vendor coordination.
* **General Support:** Anticipate needs, provide proactive suggestions for improvements, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.

## Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
* Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Calendar and Gmail
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor in all interactions.
* High level of discretion and integrity when handling personal and confidential information.
* Tech-savvy with reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
* Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and problem-solve on the fly.
