Job Description

Haus is seeking a UX Designer to help shape thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences for the web. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience designing for usability, clarity, and impact—someone who thrives on solving problems through research, testing, and smart interaction design. If you're passionate about making things not just beautiful, but meaningful and intuitive, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

Key Skills:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences—from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and behavioral data to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, design, and development teams to translate business goals into user journeys.
  • Create clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces that align with user needs and brand voice.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and a user-first mindset across projects and teams.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of UX design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and user research.
  • Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (Figma knowledge is a must!)
  • Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions backed by research or logic.
  • Ability to iterate on designs quickly and thoughtfully based on feedback and testing.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with developers, visual designers, and strategists.
  • Understanding of the web development process and how UX integrates into it.

Neat-to-Haves

  • Experience working with design systems or component libraries.
  • Familiarity with tools for user research and testing (e.g., Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Ancillary skills like content strategy, motion design, illustration, or HTML/CSS prototyping.

Benefits

Haus is a cutting-edge digital design studio that thrives on creativity and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver top-of-the-line digital solutions that leave a lasting impact. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of experts who are united by their passion for design and technology.

At Haus, you'll be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone's ideas are valued. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, strategists, and creative minds, fostering a holistic approach to problem-solving.

Pay range: $70k–$85k annually. Actual pay depends on location, skills, and experience.
