The Software Implementation Specialist will be responsible for training restaurant staff on integrated systems, managing the implementation process, and ensuring successful integration deployments. Responsibilities: • Provide training and support to restaurant staff on how to use integrated systems effectively and troubleshoot integration-related issues. • Manage the integration implementation process, including coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and restaurant stakeholders to ensure successful integration deployment. • Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between systems. • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. • Understand complex client questions surrounding restaurant management and the systems that support their goals. • Identify clients needs and help them use specific features. • Successfully scheduling trainings to align with the customer’s go-live date. • Logging notes and tracking progress throughout implementation. • Monitoring the health of your accounts and hand-off to customer success. Qualifications: Required: • 1+ years of experience with restaurant operations • 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity) • 1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service • Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box • Proven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman's terms • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills • Experience implementing, training, and/or supporting POS a plus • Innately love and care for others, and are driven to see clients and team members succeed. • Ability to maintain professionalism amidst a vast range of client personalities. • Ability to work as a team, with a supportive, creative, solution-minded disposition. • Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Company: SpotOn provides mobile payment technology and a management system for restaurants and small businesses.
