Flex is looking for a Software Engineer I to join our Risk Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of services and APIs that support Flex’s risk decisioning, fraud prevention, and credit access systems.
You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and technical leaders to deliver reliable, scalable features across both backend services and user-facing applications. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across the stack, are eager to learn, and want to see their work directly impact product safety and customer access.

The salary compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
