Dr. Berg Nutritionals is hiring an SEO Content Writer who wants to be part of an expanding team. If this sounds like you, then you are in the right place! 

We are seeking an experienced SEO Content Writer with knowledge of health, nutrition, and SEO best practices (keto and intermittent fasting knowledge preferred). 

Job Duties & Responsibilities  

• Conduct thorough research on relevant topics 

• Write engaging content based on our unique brand philosophies 

• Prepare well-structured drafts in line with our content structure guidelines 

• Reference and adhere to our in-house style guides for consistent writing style, fonts, images, and tone 

• Meet SEO goals using the provided SEO tools 

• Thoroughly proofread your work before submitting content for approval 

• Use constructive feedback to fine-tune content and make timely revisions 

• Communicate with your team leader on projects and daily tasks 

• Use our CMS to publish new content on time each week 

• Stay up to date on health topics to support content development 

Qualifications & Skills Required 

• Excellent research, writing, and grammar skills 

• Basic knowledge of health and nutrition (keto and intermittent fasting knowledge preferred) 

• The ability to adopt a friendly, professional, and engaging writing tone 

• A basic understanding of SEO (keywords, metadata, etc.) 

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Docs, SurferSEO, and Trello is a plus 

• Copywriting experience preferred 

• Experience with uploading content to a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus 

• The ability to consistently create high-quality content. 

Work from Home Requirements  

• Up-to-date PC with Windows or Mac computer with MacOS operating system, anti-virus protection, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Stable Wi-Fi connection, suitable computer, and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work. 

• Employees are expected to ensure their work environment is conducive to productivity, free from major distractions and without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled shifts.

• Tech-savvy approach to everyday tasks and communication is imperative.

• Must be comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.) and able to learn and navigate new computer software.

  Pay: $25 - 30/hour depending on experience

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm EST

Location: Fully remote 

Type: Contract-to-hire
