Senior Travel & Lifestyle Manager

New York (In-office, with self-allocated remote days)

On Target First-Year Earnings: $150,000 ($100k base + $50k OTE Bonus, with uncapped commissions)

We’re now expanding our Member Experience team as we scale both the product and our global membership base.

The Senior Travel & Lifestyle Manager Position

Our core team of 20 is searching for a full-time Senior Travel & Lifestyle Manager to join our Member Experience Team.

You will work directly with our Co-Founders and proprietary technology, Astra, to shape and elevate Aurora’s global member experience, ensuring high-touch service across every aspect of our product, with a core focus on travel.

You'll join our core New York Member Experience team, Co-Founders, and Engineers in our office in midtown Manhattan.

You'll have exposure to travel, lifestyle, product, operations, and business development - building strong career value and skills.

This role reports directly to Aurora's Co-Founder & COO and has the potential & flexibility to rapidly grow into a leadership position across Travel, Business Operations, Member Experience, and Growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and execute exceptional lifestyle experiences & itineraries for members, with a strong focus on travel alongside dining, wellness, luxury goods, and experiences
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier travel providers, including boutique hotels, luxury resorts, private aviation, DMCs, niche insider contacts, and elite destination specialists
• Using our core technology, anticipate the evolving needs of high-achieving individuals, proactively recommending unique opportunities that enhance both their personal and professional lives
• Cultivate & operationalize deep knowledge of global travel trends, destinations, and high-end hospitality to ensure Aurora stays ahead of member expectations
• Provide front-of-line insights and feedback to internal teams on working with our internal AI technologies, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to help improve Aurora’s services and drive innovation for your team

Who You Are:

• You’re a highly conscientious person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple priorities across domains (e.g., travel, dining, wellness) without compromising on quality
• Potentially fed up with using outdated systems and dealing with slow-moving bureaucracy in your current role, or wanting to scale your knowledge, network, and experience into a global digital platform, working alongside other ultra-high-performance, entrepreneurial travel & lifestyle experts
• A courageous person who believes impossible is an attitude, and who knows that fast progression & large rewards are possible with hard work and excellent results
