About the Role

Ramp is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiting Manager to lead hiring for the sales organization. This is an incredible opportunity to guide the team responsible for attracting and scaling top-tier sales talent during Ramp’s hyper growth stage. We’re seeking someone who can effectively engage exceptional candidates, develop innovative, cutting-edge recruiting processes, and leverage AI and advanced tools to drive efficiency—all while maintaining a high standard of excellence in hiring outcomes and team performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters and sourcers, ensuring they achieve hiring goals and develop professionally

  • Serve as a culture carrier within the People & Talent organization, driving excellence, high performance, and engagement

  • Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and the broader talent team to align recruiting strategies with business priorities

  • Utilize talent analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process and improve the overall efficiency of your direct team as well as the border talent team

  • Leverage technology to establish best practices and drive productivity across recruiting teams

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives (such as interviewer training, tool rollouts, and process improvements) to elevate hiring performance and team effectiveness

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 7 years in recruiting with an emphasis on scaling a sales organization

  • A minimum of 3 years leading high-performing teams

  • Experience with managing expectations and reporting out to senior leadership such as the Chief Business Officer, VP of Sales, and other leaders in the sales organization

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with a companies objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Analytical rigor and ability to proactively drive clarity with data

  • Proven operational excellence and attention to detail

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a level of ambiguity

  • Experience hiring for all Go-to-Market roles
