Overview
Client digital product team and seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive outcomes across kidney care platform. This role owns product vision, strategy, and OKRs, and leads execution across one or more applications and user groups. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a bias for action and a passion for solving complex problems through scalable product solutions.
Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs
Own requirements, user stories, and intended product outcomes
Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects to maximize value
Lead story mapping, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and roadmap activities
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
Partner closely with engineering, UX, analytics, legal, compliance, security, and risk teams
Drive discovery through user research, interviews, shadowing, and usability testing
Use data and product analytics to inform decisions and measure performance
Guide user-facing communication, education, and feature rollouts
Communicate product strategy and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
Strong experience in Agile / Scrum product delivery
Proven ability to define and track OKRs and outcome-based metrics
Experience partnering with engineering, UX, data, and compliance teams
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
