Duties:
Responsible for assisting with dispatching & scheduling the delivery crew
Tracking freight
Typing & tracking proposals
Answering & directing phone calls
Working with subcontractors and the paperwork involved with them
Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
General office work
Taking payments
Qualifications
Requirements:
Dispatching & or administrative experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Strong math skills
Clean record and okay with background check and drug screen
not Required, but helpful:
Experience with QuickBooks
