You’ll meet with homeowners, assess their needs, and help them choose the right HVAC solution—without high-pressure tactics or gimmicks. Just honest, professional guidance that customers trust.

What You’ll Do:

• Run in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads
• Listen, educate, and recommend the right system
• Build trust and guide customers through their options
• Create and present estimates
• Work closely with install teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Follow up and keep CRM records up to date

What You Bring:

• HVAC sales or home services experience
• Comfortable talking about money and making the sale
• Driven, curious, and motivated to hit goals
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
