The New York Division of Globe is actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Insurance Representative to become an integral part of their team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to educate potential clients about their comprehensive supplemental benefits package, deliver outstanding customer service, and guide clients through the claims process.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in sales or customer service 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in computer skills and CRM software

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or video calls
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and premiums to clients
• Assist clients in completing applications and the underwriting process
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients
• Process insurance claims and handle any inquiries or issues
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and regulations
