Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (per diem/as-needed) basis. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess patient health needs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. This position is ideal for nurses who are flexible, dependable, and looking to supplement their income with occasional shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, recording vital signs and updating medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HIPAA, state, and facility policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
• Current BLS/CPR certification .
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
