Pay Rate: $28 - $32/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available: 8-hr Shifts

• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our healthcare team in Crofton, MD. This is a flexible, as-needed position ideal for nurses looking to supplement their income or maintain a better work-life balance. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents or patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and physician instructions
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and provide treatments
• Document patient observations, assessments, and care provided in electronic health records (EHR)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and other nurses
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
• Current BLS/CPR certification .
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
