Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Remotely  with our client in Buffalo, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:  

• Assist the client Members and prospective members with understanding the Medicare market and use comprehensive Medicare training to identify needs and offer tailored solutions, all while adhering to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.
• Identify, contact, and follow up with prospects in the Medicare market.
• Ensure compliance with PHI and security metrics.
• Oversee sales acquisition and retention, adhering to CMS sales and marketing guidelines.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify prospects' issues and needs, ing comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and CMS guidelines to offer tailored solutions.
• Greet all members, guests, and associates professionally.
• Answer inbound sales calls from members and prospects.
• Make outbound follow-up sales calls.
• Build new member accounts and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Look up member accounts and make necessary changes.
• Input enrollment and change forms into IKA for prospects and members.

Here's what you'll get: 

• Pay rate: $18.50/Hour 
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week Monday - Friday in shifts between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Length: Temp (3 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience with customer service and documentation
• Must have a valid drivers license

• Prior experience and success working in a customer-focused environment 
• Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to ensure compliance with PHI and security regulations.

Additional Information :

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to an MVR screening, background check and a drug screen.

• Work is typically performed in an office-type environment (either on-site at the company, from home or a combination of both) with some physical demands such as: sitting for long periods of time (6-8 hours per day), bending, stretching, lifting, typing, speaking, hearing, handling, fingering, lifting up to 5 lbs., near acuity/clarity with or without correction, subject to inside environmental conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes, subject to moderate noise, and normal exposure to everyday risks and discomfort requiring common safety precautions.
• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email, and other electronic means, handle various types of media and equipment, and visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess. Responsibilities occasionally may need an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening hours in order to meet deadlines.
• The ability to telecommute (work remotely off-campus) as needed on a regular basis or whenever necessary to continue business operations.
• Maintains confidentiality and uses only the minimum amount of protected health information (PHI) necessary to accomplish job-related responsibilities.
• Runs documents or materials between offices or departments-hence the term 'runner.'
