Job Title: Red Cap Driver
Location: Jim Taylor Ford, Part of Jim Taylor Auto Group
Position Overview:
Jim Taylor Ford is looking for a responsible, customer-focused Red Cap Driver to join our team. This role involves assisting in customer service and vehicle delivery, along with a variety of administrative and driving responsibilities. As a Red Cap Driver, you will be expected to maintain a clean driving record, have excellent organizational skills, and ensure quality interactions with our valued customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform basic data entry tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Make phone calls to customers to coordinate service and delivery details.
- Pickup and deliver vehicles to customers safely and efficiently, including larger trucks.
- Ensure vehicles and workspaces are kept clean and orderly.
- Exhibit good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfort driving a variety of vehicles, including larger trucks.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.
