As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and innovation-driving excellence, ensuring compliance, and enabling growth in a dynamic, high-impact environment. **What you'll do** As Senior Quality Assurance Manager II, you take the lead in implementing regulatory strategies and aligning them with the goals of the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) healthcare program. You communicate clearly, manage objectives effectively, and provide insightful reporting. You stay ahead of evolving healthcare industry regulations across multiple regions. Your role is to interpret these changes and translate them into forward-thinking policies and strategic initiatives. You oversee all interactions with governmental bodies, including the identification of local and federal requirements, facilitating inspections and audits, and ensuring that every compliance concern is addressed thoroughly and on time. Collaboration is key: you work closely with sales and operations teams to grow our healthcare footprint and design new service offerings that generate additional value and revenue. With your leadership, you drive continuous improvement in service quality, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
