Position Summary We are seeking a Plant Manager with at least five years of experience, preferably working in an automotive supplier manufacturing environment. The candidate must be a self-starter, proactively identifying and correcting inefficiencies in the production process. Must be highly organized, ambitious, attentive to detail, proactive, and high-performing under pressure. This position averages 45 hours a week and is considered a 1st Shift position.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements - An Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- Bachelor degree in Management, Business or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of manufacturing management experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required - Must have prior continuous improvement experience.
- Ability to multi-task work effectively under pressure and problem-solve.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Office .

Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Direct the activities of Supervisory Staff members and heads of departments
- Oversee the detailed production schedules to ensure demand is met
- Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in processes, materials, equipment and skills
- Responsible for the training and development of team members
- Collaborate with other members of management to develop and execute budgets
- Coordinate activities in and among departments with other members of management
- Monitor production progress and proactively address issues
- Collaborate with EHS Manager to develop and implement procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate with production scheduling, purchasing and sales to ensure proper order fulfillment
- Collaborate with production scheduling, analyzing orders and forecasts, overseeing schedules to demand changes, availability of material or any machinery stoppage
- Perform other duties as assigned
