About The Role

Four Seasons at The Surf Club

Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements, Umbrellas and facility orientation at the Pool & Beach. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures

What You Will Do

The ability to conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones. The ability to provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them register and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation. The ability to anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary. The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

What You Bring

Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read and speak English.
