Job Description

Location: Onsite in Albany, NY

These resources will support the ITS non-dedicated team CTO employees by installing, recovering, troubleshooting, updating, surplusing, and refreshing computer equipment. Including desktops, laptops, docking stations, phones, iPad & Apple devices, onboarding and offboarding employees.

Qualifications:

36 - 60 Months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance.

• 36 Months experience with Windows, MacOS, IPadOS, Omnisssa Horizon
• 24 Months Customer service experience
• 24 Months Hardware experience (Desktops, Laptops, iPad, iPhone, Thin Clients, Printers, scanners)
• 12 Months Asset management experience
• 12 months ITSM experience
