Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed nurse who genuinely loves working with the elderly to join our team. This role focuses on routine client assessments and medication management, with a schedule designed to fit easily into your life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments for clients.
• Review, organize, and refill medications every two weeks.
• Communicate observations or changes in condition to families and care team.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and leadership as needed.
• Provide calm, respectful, and compassionate care to older adults.
