Brite Star Lighting has been servicing Ventura County and beyond for over 20 years. We provide professional lighting for both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Light Installers to join our team for the holiday season. 

Overview: You will be responsible for installing decorative lighting and holiday displays for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a festive atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Safely install lights and decorations according to design specifications, including roofs, trees, and landscaping.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Dismantling: Carefully remove and pack lights and decorations after the holiday seasons.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and lifts.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in light installation or a related field is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent mobility and agility for navigating high roofs and difficult positions.
• Ability to stand, climb, and kneel for extended periods.
