Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT Applications Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting HR and Production functions. This role requires subject matter expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and time and attendance platforms like Kronos.
The IT Applications Manager will oversee a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and proactive technology recommendations for HR and Production areas.
Manage internal IT staff, external suppliers, and service providers supporting critical business applications.
Maintain a thorough understanding of business strategies to maximize technology value.
Assist IT leadership with budget planning, vendor management, procurement, and financial processes.
Monitor and control projects, ensure team integration, and apply corrective actions as necessary.
Enforce adherence to project management best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
Configure and support third-party applications as needed.
Required Skills and
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technology field.
Minimum 5 years managing business application support and operations.
At least 3 years of people management experience.
Experience with Oracle HCM applications is required.
Strong knowledge of project and vendor management.
Security clearance not required.

Occasional travel may be required.
