We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in the development and execution of visual concepts and designs for a variety of marketing and branding materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual concepts and designs for various projects, including digital and print materials
- Assist in the development of marketing and branding materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, and website graphics
- Use design software and tools to create high-quality and visually appealing designs
- Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand guidelines and standards
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Communicate and present design ideas to the team and incorporate feedback to improve the final product
- Assist with other design-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience with creating digital and print designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
