We’re looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented HVAC Sales Representative to identify customer needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and close sales. This role requires both technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to consult with homeowners or business owners on their HVAC needs.

Job Type : Full Time.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess HVAC needs.
• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and outbound efforts.
• Recommend appropriate heating, cooling, and ventilation systems based on customer requirements and budget.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and estimates.
• Follow up on open quotes and maintain relationships with prospects.
• Close deals and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience (HVAC or related industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• HVAC certifications or technical knowledge a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $30+/hour during training (dependent on previous experience).
• Commission-Based: 8.5% ($200,000+ per year for top performers).
