Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and motivated Group Fitness Instructors with experience teaching Strength, Boot Camp, Zumba, Mat Pilates, and/or HIIT formats in a group setting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness with the ability to inspire and guide members through various Group Fitness formats. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive environment that encourages individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Duties:

• Conduct engaging fitness classes in various formats.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to ensure a safe workout environment.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere that motivates members to participate regularly.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Group Fitness Instructor or in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with group fitness dynamics and the ability to lead diverse classes effectively.
• Current Fitness, CPR/AED certification, or the ability to obtain one prior to hire is a MUST.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay : $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week
