**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will operate automatic machines to produce parts, ensuring that parts are consistently loaded. You may work independently or with a helper, focusing on keeping machines operational and monitoring their performance. This role involves loading materials into and out of machines, collaborating with rackers to build parts for furnaces, and delivering parts to the quality lab for verification. **Responsibilities** + Operate automatic machines to produce parts. + Ensure machines are consistently loaded and operational. + Monitor and track machine performance. + Load and unload materials from machines. + Collaborate with rackers to build parts for furnaces. + Transport parts to the quality lab for inspection. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience. + Experience in machine operation. + Ability to work overtime, including 7 days a week. + Capability to train on the day shift and transition to other shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is required. + Ability to work in a hot environment, particularly around furnaces. + Steel-toed shoes are mandatory. + Machine operation experience is preferred for operator roles. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the opportunity to work independently and earn substantial income during busy periods. Opportunities are available for 2nd shift as a Pusher/Mesh Belt Operator or IQ Line Operator, with initial training on day shifts for 2-3 months. The work environment requires steel-toed shoes, and long pants are necessary in most areas, with t-shirts being acceptable **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
