Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plasma Logistics Technician to support daily operations at our Plasma Logistics Center. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing plasma units using forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory management systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work in cold environments, and follows cGMP/SOP guidelines to maintain product quality and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and unload plasma shipments from donor centers.
Sort, identify, and record plasma units in the Plasma Management System (SGP).
Use RFT handheld scanners to track and move inventory across freezer and warehouse locations.
Pull and verify plasma units based on work orders.
Inspect pallets and crates for damage and suitability for reuse.
Remove and document unsuitable or rejected plasma units.
Maintain a clean, organized, and cGMP-compliant work environment.
Follow all SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, and EHS safety guidelines.
Support classification and quality processes by handling rejected or relocated materials.
Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and effectively.
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated environments (preferred).
Basic math, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to read and follow written procedures and SOPs.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 25 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
Ability to work in extremely cold environments (-30 C or colder).
Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
