Join Our Team at PepsiCo!

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Quality Department. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of materials used in the production process, and contribute to maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify compliance with specifications for packaging materials (e.g., preforms, caps, stretch film, shrink film, separator cardboard, labels) used in production.
• Ensure that concentrates used in production meet the required specifications, working closely with our microbiology team.
• Verify the compliance of sweeteners (e.g., sugar, fructose) in beverage production, apart from those included in concentrate formulas.
• Oversee the verification of auxiliary materials (e.g., CO2, nitrogen) in line with PepsiCo's quality standards.
• Approve the release of raw materials and packaging materials for production once compliance is confirmed.
• Prepare verification and non-conformity reports and monitor daily/monthly reporting on packaging and raw materials.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring laboratory accreditation and compliance with PepsiCo's global quality standards.
• Coordinate the validation and implementation of new raw materials and packaging.
• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in production.

Safety & Environmental Responsibilities:

• Help promote a positive safety culture and participate in EHS inspections and corrective actions.
• Support the safe operation of environmental protection equipment and ensure compliance with EHS procedures.

• xperience in quality assurance or a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP for purchase requisitions, order processing, and financial coordination.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Quality control processes

Location & work schedule:

• Location based: PepsiCo Beverages Plant - Dragomiresti Deal;
• The work schedule is 09:00 - 17:30 , Monday - Friday.
