Maintenance Technician
, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our state-of-the-art coffee roasting, grinding, and packaging equipment. You’ll ensure our production runs safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality—so every cup meets our customers’ expectations.

**Responsibilities
**
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including roasters, grinders, conveyors, and packaging systems.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and extend equipment life.
Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Document work performed—track repairs, parts usage, and maintenance logs through the work order system.
Assist in the installation, testing, and startup of new coffee production equipment.
Maintain facility upkeep, performing light building repairs and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Monitor spare parts inventory, suggest improvements, and order replacement parts as needed.
Partner with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
Champion safety—follow and promote all company safety policies and best practices.
**Knowledge & Skills
**
Any relevant technical certifications (e.g., electrical, PLCs, welding, or mechanical) are highly valued.
Willing to submit to drug and background screening
Familiarity with coffee roasting, grinding, or packaging machinery a plus.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Working knowledge of preventive maintenance best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
Proficient in safe use of hand and power tools.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
