Job Description

Kernel is seeking a passionate, experienced and dynamic Executive Producer to join our team. The Executive Producer will use their creative vision and leadership skills to steer various projects from concept development to delivery. This role requires someone who has a strong ability to translate our company's strategic objects into high-quality productions and guide our creative team towards the delivery of memorable content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, oversee and manage a range of TV/Digital/Video productions from pre-production to post-production, ensuring all projects are carried out within the allocated budget and timeframe.
• Lead and mentor a team of producers and other creative professionals, fostering an environment that promotes excellence and encourages talent development.
• Work closely with writers, directors, and production staff to ensure the quality of all creative output.
• Communicate effectively with clients, generating trust and ensuring all creative objectives are met to their satisfaction.
• Develop creative strategies and create innovative storylines that connect with varied audiences, adhering to Kernel's brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in creative production, ideally in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of delivering successful video/TV/digital productions.
• In-depth knowledge of all stages of production, from development to post-production.
• Proven experience managing budgets and timelines effectively.
• A strong understanding of current trends in video production and digital media.
• Exceptional people management skills and ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts.
