This role is pivotal in providing top-level administrative support to senior executives and will play a crucial part in streamlining operations within our partner's organization. Accountabilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from virtual meetings, ensuring they are well-organized and productive.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations, while maintaining organized digital files.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects, tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, providing support to other departments as needed in a virtual environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and office productivity software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality in a virtual environment.
