Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
- Manage event registration and oversee attendee communications
- Help create marketing materials to promote upcoming events
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and event opportunities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- A passion for events, sales, and customer service
