Job Summary

�� Keep the Heart of the Kitchen Flowing!
As a Dishwasher, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized back-of-house operation that supports the culinary team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines

• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, sinks, and workstations

• Assist with trash removal and recycling duties

• Operate dishwashing machines and monitor chemical levels

• Support kitchen staff with restocking clean items as needed

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
