Summary

We are hiring a Full-Time Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for OTB Tax. This role is designed for someone with proven experience who can plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

The Marketing Manager will oversee everything from ad campaigns and funnels to social media content and reporting. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, bringing new ideas to the table, and tying marketing activities directly to measurable business goals.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize funnels, automations, and campaigns (GoHighLevel experience preferred)
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram and Google)
• Develop, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
• Track performance and prepare clear reports on leads, conversions, and ROI
• Coordinate marketing around launches, webinars, and client events
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
• Stay updated on marketing trends and bring forward new strategies that fit OTB’s mission

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
