REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED

• Clear criminal background required

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM

• Strong communication skills and dependability

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous call center or help desk experience

• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

• Familiarity with election processes or civic programs

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $17/hr
• Hours:
• Monday – Friday, flexible 7am–7pm, with Saturday availability as needed
• Must be available 5:45am–10pm on Friday, October 31st and Tuesday, November 4 th
• W2 | Project-Based

ROLE IMPACT

• Support the electoral process by delivering timely, accurate assistance to voters and staff during a high-volume election period
• Ensures smooth operations by resolving technical issues and answering voter inquiries, contributing directly to voter access and experience

KEY DUTIES

• Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy

• Provide technical support and election-related information

• Document call details accurately using internal systems

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction under pressure

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Office-based call center environment

• Seated work with repetitive computer use

• Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

• Extended hours during peak election dates
