Apache Logistics is a third party dedicated logistics company. This means we contract with several of our customers for long term contracts and commitments. We are responsible for their transportation needs, supply and maintenance of equipment, and route planning, along with hiring, training, and maintaining excellent relationships with our committed drivers.
The customer for this opportunity is located in Byron Center, MI (near Grand Rapids). They are one of the largest trailer parts distributors in the US. Their customer base consists mainly of trailer repair shops, manufacturers, inter-modal repair facilities, trailer supply shops, and equipment dealers.
We have multiple OTR Routes ranging from 5 days (Sunday through Thursday) up to 12 days out (3-4 days home time).
We have all new and late-model equipment with leading technologies and training on new features.
Earn up to 46 cpm ($0.46 per mile)
Mileage base pay at 43 cpm, plus 2 cpm operational bonus, and a 1 cpm quarterly safety bonus when all requirements are met.
Additionally, drivers on west coast route will receive a $50.00 trip bonus for inbound and outbound trips. (That's $100.00 per round trip!)
Also paid when applicable: per stop, detention pay, and breakdown pay
Requirements
CDL Class A License (with no restrictions on manual or automatic transmissions)
2 years verifiable experience
DOT drug test, physical, and MVR will also be reviewed
