Seeking out a Customer Service Specialist for a premier company that focuses on helping people!

$20/hour

~ Class starts as early as Monday, October 27th with interviews NOW! ~  

~ Training provided!  

After training is complete, shifts will be scheduled between 8AM and 10PM CST  

This TEMP to HIRE position will give you the opportunity to deliver high-quality service to callers from pharmacies, doctor's offices, and plan members AND give you the ability to work from home!

You are responsible to troubleshoot and provide resolution to inquiries on all topics, striving for first contact resolution. Work to meet department performance metrics and ensure your main priority will always be answering incoming calls . Document all inquiries handled in a complete, clear, and concise manner. Must be proficient at utilizing multiple applications .

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Typing at a minimum of 40 WPM
• Two years' customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma Required
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Pass an internet speed test
